Cent-Exact Settlements with Full Audit Trail
Every booking is stored as a signed ledger entry. The sum of all allocations matches the pool profit to the cent.
Euro-Days Allocation
Time-weighted distribution – accounts for how long capital was invested. Default method.
Start/End Capital
Allocation by capital at month start or end. Simpler but less fair with mid-month cashflows.
Fee Tiers
Tiered fee schedules by capital amount. Large investors automatically get better rates.
Hurdle Rate
Performance fee only above minimum return. Annual hurdle, prorated monthly.
High Water Mark
